Business Analyst (Korean Speaking)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES By analyzing the requirements, A Business Analyst take responsibilities of defining the functions and scope of the task with the headquarters in Korea and overseas subsidiaries. You’re required to create a plan (story board) and collaborate with the developers to establish and implement a plan. It also operates live services, performs all activities to improve services in a timely manner It is responsible for planning/operating to increase customer satisfaction through continuous traffic analysis and user behavior analysis. For details: Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Other related tasks required by Planning Leader/ Director QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS A bachelor’s degree - Major in IT or related field is a plus PREFERRED SKILLS Proficiency in Korean skills; Senior BA and service planning for at least 3 years; Be able to develop a plan and perform independent tasks; Web/app/game content planning and live service experience (service enhancement); Have knowledge of the global gaming business and services; Ability to communicate seamlessly with multiple collaborative departments, including development/business; Lead work attitude and logical thinking skills; Proficient in MS Office.
