Responsibilities: perform direct and online interpretation during meetings and working sessions between THACO INDUSTRIES and Korean partners, and translate technical, commercial, contractual and related documents; receive, process and track correspondence, emails, documents and partner requests, coordinating with relevant departments for timely responses; prepare work programs, documentation and meeting minutes and follow up on agreed items with partners; organize and coordinate reception of Korean delegations and experts visiting the company including logistical support; manage, archive and update the bilingual document and file system ensuring completeness, accuracy and accessibility; and prepare periodic reports and other international affairs tasks supporting Metro project implementation and international cooperation. Requirements: bachelor's degree or higher in Korean language, economics, international relations or related fields; minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty or an equivalent position; good Korean communication ability; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
