PURCHASING RAW MATERIAL STAFF PT Cosmax Indonesia Location: Ciracas, East Jakarta | Type: Full-time, Onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, chemical engineering, pharmacy, or related field - 1-3 years' experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain functions (cosmetics, chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing preferred) - International supplier and import documentation experience preferred - Excellent English communication (written/verbal); Korean language a plus - ERP systems proficiency (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office competency required - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Purchasing process, inventory management, and supplier evaluation expertise - Negotiation and price analysis competence Responsibilities: - Process quotations and develop new purchase orders for raw materials (domestic and international) - Support development of new raw material purchase orders - Identify vendors/suppliers and manage orders (local and import) - Conduct price comparisons and payment/inventory negotiations - Ensure timely delivery and order accuracy - Coordinate across departments effectively - Negotiate competitive pricing - Create accurate budgets and estimates - Conduct import purchasing activities Application: Submit CV (ATS format), education certificates, and transcript by email with subject line "[Position Applied]_Career Pages Cosmax"
