Travel Consultant

PT Sentosa Wisata Internasional seeks a Travel Consultant for Jakarta Timur. Responsibilities include: serving as personal customer consultant understanding client needs and designing customized travel packages; recommending destinations, accommodations, and activities based on research; managing travel logistics (tickets, hotels, transportation); solving field problems; building long-term relationships with partners (hotels, airlines, DMC); monitoring tourism trends for competitive recommendations. Requirements: Tourism, hospitality, or travel management education or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years as Travel Consultant or similar role; knowledge of domestic and international destinations; natural communication and sales skills; multitasking ability; familiarity with booking systems/CRM.
