SAP CO Consultant (Korean Speaking)

Position: SAP CO Consultant (Korean Speaking) Company: BearingPoint (毕博) Location: Shanghai, China Level: Assistant Type: Full-time Function: Consultant Industry: IT Services & Consulting Key Responsibilities: - Configure SAP CO modules: Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis - Act as the primary liaison for Korean stakeholders; lead requirement workshops, stand-ups, and UAT sessions in Korean - Translate functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials between English and Korean - Resolve language barriers during global rollouts; ensure process designs are correctly understood locally - Conduct unit/SIT/UAT testing and provide post-go-live support for CO issues Required Qualifications: - Minimum 3+ years of SAP CO implementation or support experience - Native or near-native fluency in Korean (written and spoken) - Fluent in English for global collaboration and reporting - Deep understanding of SAP Controlling modules and FI/CO integration - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills - Ability to work independently in multicultural environments Preferred Qualifications: - S/4HANA project exposure - Familiarity with LSMW, debugging, or Fiori - Industry experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, High-Tech, or Consulting
