Senior Marketing Manager, Japan & Korea

The Senior Marketing Manager, Japan is responsible for shaping and executing integrated marketing programmes that drive commercial growth while strengthening Argus' brand presence in the highly mature and competitive markets of Japan and Korea. The role focuses on elevating client awareness of product value, use cases, and differentiation, translating these into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This position owns Japan-specific marketing strategy and delivery, ensuring programmes are locally relevant, insight-led, and aligned with broader regional and global priorities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing programmes, driving strong engagement, lead generation, conversion, and revenue impact. Partner closely with local sales and business development teams to ensure full alignment with commercial priorities, key accounts, and go-to-market strategies. Translate business needs into clear, actionable marketing plans and campaigns with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI. Localise global and regional messaging to ensure relevance to the market. Build and manage partnerships with key industry events and associations. Develop and own annual and mid-year marketing plans. Track and analyse campaign performance. Act as the marketing lead for the geographic territory. Skills And Experience: At least 8-9 years of B-to-B marketing experience, with a proven track record of designing and executing integrated programmes that generate qualified leads and deliver measurable revenue impact. Deep understanding of the local market, including business culture, communication styles, and local customer expectations. Native-level Japanese and strong business English and Korean (written and verbal). Proven ability to partner effectively with sales teams. Strong analytical mindset. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo) and CRM systems. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. What's In It For You: Competitive salary and bonus scheme.
